Merchant Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Savora Merchant account and associated personal data, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Please email support@savora.ca from the email address associated with your account.

In your message, include:

  • Your restaurant or business name
  • Your role (owner or manager)

We may contact you to confirm ownership before completing the request.

What happens next

Once your request is verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within the legally required timeframe.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.
